Born21 needed a digital presence that could carry its website, its content publishing and its long-term growth in organic search.
Vioniche approached it as one system rather than a set of deliverables: the website experience, the content infrastructure behind it, the technical SEO foundation, and the workflow that takes every change to production.
A modern, responsive digital presence.
A scalable blog and publishing workflow.
Technical foundations for crawling, indexing and SEO.
A repeatable development and deployment workflow.
Each part was built to work with the others, so the site can keep growing without being rebuilt.
The Born21 site, moved from a Vite build to the Next.js App Router and exported as static pages that run on standard web hosting.
The groundwork that lets search engines find, read and correctly file every page — written into the site rather than bolted on.
Ghost CMS connected to the site, so articles are written in a publishing tool and become static pages on born21.com.
A GitHub Actions workflow that checks, builds, verifies and deploys every release to Hostinger, without anyone uploading files by hand.
One workflow connects content, source control, deployment and search monitoring. Each build reads the latest published articles from Ghost, combines them with the code on GitHub, and ships the result to production — where Search Console watches how Google picks it up.
The workflow joins content planning, SEO structure and Ghost publishing to ongoing search monitoring.

Before content can rank, search engines have to be able to find it, read it and file it under the right address.
A structured list of every page and published article, generated at each build with last-updated dates taken from Ghost. Submitted to Google Search Console.
Lets search engines crawl the whole site and points them straight to the sitemap. Search Console reports the file as valid.
Every page names its one preferred address, telling Google which version to index when the same page can be reached at more than one URL.
A written title and description for each page and article, so search results describe what the page actually is.
The sitemap is submitted and monitored in Google Search Console, where the current sitemap submission is shown as successfully processed.

Every release follows the same path, and nothing reaches the live site until it has passed every check on the way.
Runs on every push to the main branch, on demand, and once a day. Only one deployment runs at a time.
The deployment needed real engineering, not a template. Connecting to Hostinger took network, SSH and runner diagnostics before the workflow moved to a self-hosted runner, with its labels configured to match.
Permissions are kept narrow: the workflow has read-only access to the repository, and the Ghost credentials are stored as secrets in GitHub’s production environment, never in the code.
Born21.com was added to Google Search Console on 1 October 2026. It gives ongoing visibility into search performance, indexing and technical conditions. The screenshots below show the current state as it is — the start of monitoring a newly rebuilt site, not a record of growth.
Before search growth can compound, the site needs a clean technical foundation and a reliable monitoring loop. The implementation established the core SEO infrastructure and connected it to Search Console for ongoing visibility into indexing and search performance.
Sitemap submitted and monitored through Google Search Console.
Indexed and non-indexed pages monitored, with technical indexing issues identified for investigation.
Sitemap, robots.txt, canonical URLs, metadata and content structure established as part of the site foundation.

The indexing report shows which URLs Google has added to its index and gives a reason for each one it has not. It is how new pages and articles are followed after they are published.

Alternate page with proper canonical tag (1 page): Google found another address for a page and followed its canonical tag to the preferred version — the canonical setup doing its job.
Duplicate without user-selected canonical (2 pages): the http:// and http://www versions of the homepage. Validation was started on 7 October 2026 and is still pending.

The system is designed for continuous improvement rather than a one-time SEO launch. Search performance and indexing are measured over time before any growth is claimed.
From the first line of implementation to ongoing search monitoring, Vioniche manages the digital workflow behind Born21’s website.
